  20. Cross-references to other parts of the text are {highlighted:attributes}. To
  21. select the next reference, Press {(Tab):Keyboard}. To select a previous
  22. reference, press {(Shift)+(Tab):Keyboard} together. When a reference is
  23. selected, press the {(Enter):Keyboard} key to view the other topic. To 
  24. return to a previous topic, press {(BkSp):Keyboard}.

  26. You may also use your {Mouse} to select a reference. Click once to select
  27. the reference, and double-click to view the other topic.

  29. The scroll bars on the left and bottom edge of the text window indicate 
  30. your relative position in the current topic. If there is more than one 
  31. screen full of text available, you may press {(PgDn):Keyboard} to view 
  32. the next screen. To review a previous screen press {(PgUp):Keyboard}. You 
  33. may also use a {Mouse} to click below or above the scroll bar's thumb to 
  34. view subsequent or previous screens.

  36. The hint bar at the bottom of your display lists some available commands.
  37. To use a command, press your {(Alt):Keyboard} key and the highlighted letter
  38. together (or click the command with your {mouse}). Following is a table
  39. listing the commands.

  53. The (Tab) key on a standard keyboard is usually on the left side, near the
  54. letter (A), above the shift key. Sometimes is it marked with arrow
  55. symbols (|<- ->|).
  56.  
  57. The (Shift) keys are usually at the bottom of the keyboard, near the long
  58. (Spacebar) key. The (Alt) keys are usually placed over the (Shift) keys on
  59. the lower side of the keyboard. Some keyboards may have only one (Alt)
  60. key. To use the (Shift) or (Alt) keys, hold the key down and press another
  61. key, then release both keys together.

  63. The (Enter) key is usually opposite the (Tab) key, on the right side of
  64. the keyboard. It may be labelled "Enter" or marked with a crooked arrow
  65. (<─┘). Often is it oversized.

  67. The backspace (BkSp) key is usually above the (Enter) key on the right 
  68. side of your keyboard. It is usually marked with an arrow (<-).

  76. The mouse pointer will show as a rectangle on most monitors. When you move
  77. your mouse, the pointer will move with it. To "click", press the left (or
  78. only) button on your mouse once. To "double-click", press the button
  79. twice quickly. (The timing sometimes takes practice.)

  81. Another technique is "dragging". Here, you move the pointer to a control,
  82. then press and hold the button down. With the button held down, you can
  83. drag the control to a new setting. For example, the thumb of the 
  84. {scroll bar:scroll_bar} can be dragged, to move quickly to another screen.

  105. To scroll quickly, you may drag the thumb to a new relative position. You
  106. may also click the arrows to move one line (or column), or the area above
  107. or below the thumb to move one screen at a time.
