  1. This is IMPORTANT information, read it!!
  2.  
  3. 1.  For various reasons, version 1.05 was skipped, and we have progressed
  4.     directly to version 1.06.
  5.  
  6. 2.  The registration code has changed for 1.06, if you are a registered
  7.     user, you will need a new code.
  8.     If I have not already sent you one, please contact me and one will be
  9.     sent ASAP.
  10.  
  11. 3.  Due to several hard to eradicate bugs, we are no longer supporting
  12.     earlier versions for upgrading.  We will only supply upgrade conversion
  13.     programs for version 1.04 and up.
  14.  
  15.     If you have a version earlier than 1.04, then conversion is not
  16.     possible. You will have to start fresh.
  17.  
  18. 4.  Version 1.06 has some Major Changes from previous versions.
  19.     The configuration file format has changed drastically, containing more
  20.     information, and so on.
  21.     If you are upgrading from a previous version....
  22.     You MUST run the conversion program 104TO106.EXE before attempting to
  23.     run RASIS 106, else an error will occur, and the program will terminate!

  25.     PLEASE SEE UPGRADE.106 - IT HAS INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPGRADING =AND= FOR
  26.     FIRST TIME USERS.

  28. 5.  Any version of RASIS claiming to be version 1.05 is invalid.
  29.     The previous legitimate version was 1.04, and now 1.06.

  31. 6.  The @ALL feature, added to the Post Message function, was not in the
  32.     copy sent to Beta sites, so they could not test it. I have run it
  33.     NUMEROUS times here, and seen no problems, but.......
  34.     If you experience any problems, please advise ASAP.
