  19. organizations that qualify within the guideline of the government
  20. department responsible for such activities.

  23.      a. Information and assistance communications during local
  24. unusual
  25. environmental conditions when RACES communications is not
  26. required.
  27.      b.  Radio relay communications in support of distant
  28. disasters.

  31. equipment may be used to support another government's incident.

  34. self dispached.  Record keeping requirements, showing name, ID
