  1.      We accept subscription applications for individual access to
  2. this host from any federal agency or contractor.  The flat-rate
  3. subscription fee is $2k per FY per login directory and includes
  4. unlimited access via MILNET TACs, 24 hours per day, except during
  5. monthly PM.  Group discounts are available.
  6.  
  7.      Federal agencies must arrange for a funds transfer to USAISC-WSMR
  8. using the appropriate form.  Contractors must send a corporate check
  9. and must also arrange to supply documentation citing a currently valid
  10. contract number sent to us directly from the contracting federal
  11. agency.  In all cases, we must have on file a completed and signed
  12. hardcopy of our UserID Request form (USERID.FRM) for each user before
  13. the accounts can be created.  See USERID.DOC for detailed instructions
  14. on how to complete and where to mail the form.
