Glue the top flap, fold over and stick. 4. Fold the side flaps in. 5. Glue the bottom flap, fold over and stick. Cut the finger hole out. 6. Glue a thin line as shown on each side. Fold the bottom up and stick. 7. Fold the side flaps back to make the stand.
