  9. This is a new HTML editor witch is both text and WYSIWYG.  You
  10. edit Your HTML file as a normal text (with highlighted HTML tags)
  11. but You can see how Your webpage will look like. It is
  12. fully localized.  It also supports ISO-8859-2 charset what is
  13. useful for Polish users.
