  18.             discussion of OS/2 V2.0 Presentation Manager Programming,
  19.             and present issues, questions, and problems encountered
  20.             during it's use. Programming discussion dealing with Windows
  21.             programming under OS/2 should be directed to the WINOS2
  22.             forum, and questions about applications or application
  23.             development should be directed to the OS2APP forum.
