  4. DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

  6. Users of FontFolder must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
  7. "FontFolder is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all
  8. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without
  9. limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness
  10. for any purpose.  The author assumes no liability for
  11. damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the
  12. use of FontFolder."

  14. FontFolder is a "shareware program" and is provided at no
  15. charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it
  16. with your friends, but please do not give it away altered or
  17. as part of another system.  The essence of "user-supported"
  18. software is to provide personal computer users with quality
  19. software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive
  20. for programmers to continue to develop new products.  If you
  21. find this program useful and find that you are using
  22. FontFolder and continue to use FontFolder after a reasonable
  23. trial period, you must make a registration payment to Cliff
  24. Cullum. (See below for the registration details.) The
  25. registration fee will license one copy for use on any one
  26. computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just
  27. like a book.  An example is that this software may be used
  28. by any number of people and may be freely moved from one
  29. computer location to another, so long as there is no
  30. possibility of it being used at one location while it's
  31. being used at another.  Just as a book cannot be read by two
  32. different persons at the same time.  You are free to keep a
  33. copy on each of your computers so long as you use only one
  34. of the computers at a time.

  36. Commercial users of FontFolder must register and pay for 
  37. their copies of FontFolder within 30 days of first use or 
  38. their license is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may 
  39. be made by contacting Cliff Cullum at the address below.

  41. Anyone distributing FontFolder for any kind of remuneration 
  42. must first contact Cliff Cullum at the address below for 
  43. authorization.  
  44.  
  45. You are encouraged to pass a copy of FontFolder along to 
  46. your friends for evaluation as long as you include this 
  47. license file in the copy. The file fntf20.zip contains
  48. all the files, including the license file and is the 
  49. easiest way to pass on a copy. Please encourage them to 
  50. register their copy if they find that they can use it.

  53. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  55. FontFolder can be registered either as a full version with
  56. access to all facilities, or as a "Lite" version, which
  57. has access to all facilities except for printing.
  58.  
  59. A Registration ID can be obtained by registering FontFolder
  60. by one of the methods described below.  Note that current
  61. users of Version 1.x will need to upgrade their registration
  62. in order to be able to use the printing facilities of
  63. FontFolder 2.0.  A 1.x registration will still work with all
  64. other aspects of FontFolder, and is the same as a FontFolder
  65. Lite registration as described above.

  86.    the check. Send cash or international postal money orders or
