- This complier is meant to be put on its own workbench. It is nessary to
- strip off a lot of files to load it because this is a large set of files.
- dearc this on to a separate disk make a copy of your workbench and strip it.
- the utilities and font directories can be removed some of the libraries can
- go as well other than that you just have to choose what to remove. If you
- type "info" in cli it will tell how much space you have on the floppies this
- will tell you when to stop stripping the copy of workbench. when you are
- ready to install the complier boot up with the stripped workbench put the
- separate disk in df1: go to cli type "cd df1:" then type "execute exec.me"
- this will install the c compiler on your copy of workbench. If you strip the
- wrong file workbench may not boot up. you can use the ed command to make c
- programs this is in your cli file twenty is text and information only so it
- is not copied to save space the doc files are copied but if you want to cut
- down on the size you can use ed to change exec.me so they don't go over
- either but they should be read. you have to rename the lib directory to libs
- for exec.me to work as well as the compiler itself.
