I want¢to tell you about a special program I¢plan to have at that meeting. I am¢bringing in many commercial, public¢domain and shareware educational¢programs for our 8-bits.¢¢It will be my pleasure to let young¢people, at our invitation, come to¢this meeting and try out the programs.¢I will be helping them with such¢programs. Please look around¢for youngsters who will be¢well-behaved and interested in having¢a good time!¢¢It also would add to the success of¢the program if you could give me the¢ages of the youngsters you intend to¢bring one or two meetings before the¢October meeting, so that I can plan a¢ range of subjects and levels.¢My collection goes from pre-school to¢high school, and there is something¢for everyone.¢¢It is my belief that, had Atari¢brought the 8-bits into the schools¢with the vigor that Apple had, we'd¢see our 8-bit computers in a dominant¢role in education today.¢¢ Thank you very much.¢¢¢ ¢
