Globalink, Inc., the licensor, grants to the licensee a nonexclusive right, without right to sublicense, to use and display this copy of this Globalink, Inc. software. You may not lease or rent this software. Globalink, Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted, and retains title and ownership of the software, including all subsequent copies in any media. You may not modify; adapt; translate; reverse engineer; decompile; disassemble; or create derivative works based on the software. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the written materials without the prior written consent of Globalink, Inc. Globalink, Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any errors that may appear in the written materials. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
LIMITED WARRANTY - Globalink, Inc. warrants the media contained herein to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date first received by the original licensee. In the event of notification, within the appropriate warranty period, of defects in materials or workmanship, Globalink, Inc. will replace the defective media upon their receipt at our offices. The remedy for breach of this warranty will be limited to replacement of the media and shall not encompass any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential or other similar claims. Globalink, Inc. specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to defects in the media and the documentation, even if Globalink, Inc. has been advised of that purpose. IN NO EVENT shall Globalink, Inc., or its dealers or distributors, be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages even if Globalink, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This warranty gives you limited, specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
