- *********************************** GAMES ************************************
-
- Most games on VGA Spectrum II default to run off the CD-ROM disc.
- Some games are required to write a configuration or data file to
- disk when the game is activated. It is almost impossible to run
- all games directly from the CD-ROM disc. The games that require
- data to be written to disk will be automatically transfered to
- your hard drive( drive C: ). Once the game is played and it comes
- time to exit or quit the game it will ask the user if they want to
- delete the game from the hard drive. If you answer "Y" that will
- automatically delete the game from the hard drive and will no longer
- take up space on the hard drive. If you answer "N" it will leave the
- program on the hard drive.
-
- *************************** POSSIBLE SOUND PROBLEMS **************************
-
- Most of the programs on VGA Spectrum II support the Sound Blaster card.
- Occasionaly some programs leave part of the program behind in memory,
- that means it is possible that your computer may hang up after running
- various programs. If this problem occurs just reboot your computer and
- try again. It is possible that some programs my not run on your computer
- for various reasons like using QEMM, low memory, your computer may not
- fast enough for the program, no sound card installed (Sound Blaster
- compatible), not being compatible with the video graphics mode the program
- uses, and other possible internal conflicts.
