  14. Really got into some research this
  15. issue, I decided to do some reviews of
  16. Commodore vic 20 games, BUT guess
  17. what, I dug out Bomber and Blue
  18. meanies played them for 3 hours, and
  19. realised I hadn't done any actual
  20. reviewing!

  22. So err no vic games reviews then in
  23. this issue, sorry about that, I did
  24. though find around 50 games I had in a
  25. box locked in the attic of my house,
  26. and fondly looked through the covers
  27. remembering the fun I had playing the
  28. games many years ago before the
  29. Commodore 64 came out. After the 64
  30. the old vic games just moved to the
  31. attic never to see light of day again,
  32. well until now.

  34. I have some concerns I have been asked
  35. how I can justify the cost of the disk
  36. image, and copies of the magazine,
  37. turns out some members are copying the
  38. disk images and printing the pdf then
  39. charging for the copies this is
  40. disgusting, I can appreciate a small
  41. charge for cost of the disk and even
  42. ink but no more. If you are being
  43. charged more than a duplication cost
  44. please let me know.

  46. The whole goal of the magazine is that
  47. its all FREE! So the disk image text
  48. and pdf are all free to download or
  49. read online, I suggest a local library
  50. or Commodore club should have some
  51. form of web browser if you don't have
  52. internet access.

  55. Jackson who has been mugged with the
  56. job of Disk creation, Al sort of
  57. volunteered but didn't realise it and
  58. now checks e text on the disk imaged
  59. D64

  61. Remember the magazine is all by
  62. volunteers, ok 2 people myself and Al
  63. doing the disk text, it may not be
  64. professional but it's the best I can
  65. do, as I have said I am no writer, I
  66. also found I am not good at
  67. interviewing, if you feel you can do
  68. better then please do and send in some
  69. text or a review you have written

  84. More surprising is no one has actually
  85. criticised the magazine and ripped it
  86. to shreds am I doing everything right,
  87. I expect many will now correct this
  88. oversight
