  33.    Account Express is a personal finance management software that can 
  34.    help you manage your money (bank accounts, credit cards, credit lines, 
  35.    income and expenses) and plan a budget. You can use it to track and 
  36.    reconcile the transactions of your bank, credit and savings accounts 
  37.    and see where your money goes (expense categories and payees). It also 
  38.    helps you prepare and print a budget plan report detailed by income 
  39.    and expense categories.

  41.    Account Express gives you a picture of your finances at various levels 
  42.    and in various formats. For example, the Accounts Summary gives you a 
  43.    global picture of your cash flow at any given time while the Categories 
  44.    Summary shows your net income (or loss) for any given period of your 
  45.    choice. A tree view structure allows you to easily and quickly select 
  46.    the various levels and formats of information offered.

  48.    Account Express also provides a central repository for important 
  49.    information about your accounts such as your credit card number and 
  50.    contact information. This information may become very handy should 
  51.    you lose all your cards and need to quickly inform your financial 
  52.    institutions about the lost or simply to request additional 
  53.    information about your accounts.

  55.    Account Express can be useful to anyone serious about managing his 
  56.    finances. It is simple and intuitive to use and provides context 
  57.    sensitive help from the beginning to the end. It also includes a
  58.    tutorial to get you started quickly.

  61.  3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  71.  4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
  72. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
  73.     If you received this version of Account Express in a ZIP 
  74.     file, you will need a zip file extracting utility such 
  75.     as Winzip« to install the software. First, open the zip 
  76.     file using the extracting utility. 
  77.  
  78.     If your extracting utility has an "Install" option, 
  79.     select this option and follow the instructions. 
  80.  
  81.     If your extracting utility does not offer an "Install" 
  82.     option, then extract the zip file to a temporary 
  83.     directory of your choice, run the SETUP.EXE program from 
  84.     that directory and follow the instructions. You should 
  85.     delete the extracted files from the temporary directory
  86.     once the installation is completed.

  88.     If you received this version of Account Express in a 
  89.     self-extracting file (a file with a "EXE" extension) 
  90.     then run the file and select a destination of your 
  91.     choice for the extraction of the installation files.
  92.     From the directory where the installation files were
  93.     extracted, run the "setup.exe" program and follow its 
  94.     instructions. Once the installation is completed, 
  95.     delete the installation files from the directory where
  96.     they were extracted.

  98.     If you received this version of Account Express on  
  99.     floppy disks, please follow the instructions on the 
  100.     first disk label.

  106.     Account Express. However, priority will be given to registered

  119.     If you are using an evaluation copy of Account Express and 
  120.     wish to continue using it beyond the 30-day evaluation period, 
  121.     you need to register the software to do so.

  123.     One can register his copy of Account Express by cheque, 
  124.     money order or using any major credit card. Detailed

  128.     Once your order has been processed, you will receive a 
  129.     registration number allowing you to unlock the software 
  130.     and eliminate the evaluation agreement screen. Registering

  145.  7. UNINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

  147.     To remove Account Express from your system:

  149.     - From the Start menu, select "Settings" and then
  150.       "Control panel"
  151.     - Double-click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon
  152.     - Select "Account Express 1.0" from the program list
  153.     - Click the "Add/Remove..." button
  154.     - Follow the Uninstall program instructions

  157.  8. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  159.     The complete 'FELITEC LICENSE AGREEMENT' for Account Express 
  160.     is contained in the file LICENSE.TXT.

  163.  9. PRODUCT UPGRADES
  164. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
  165.     Account Express registered users can upgrade their version of 
  166.     Account Express free of charge for one year starting on their 
  167.     registration date. Please note however that shipping and handling 
  168.     charges will apply for upgrades sent on diskettes by regular mail.

  170.     Users who have specified an E-mail address with their registration 
  171.     will be notified of new versions automatically. If you did not 
  172.     specify an E-mail address with your registration but would like 
  173.     to be notified automatically of new versions as well as new
