  11.     One registered copy of F-Recovery for 
  12.     miniSD may either be used by one person 
  13.     who employs the software for his/her personal 
  14.     needs on one or more computers, or installed on 
  15.     a single workstation used non-simultaneously by 
  16.     several people, but not both. 
  17.  
  18. License Agreement

  20.     You should carefully read the following terms 
  21.     and conditions before using this software. 
  22.     Unless you have a different license agreement 
  23.     signed by FileRecoveryTools your use of this 
  24.     software indicates your acceptance of this 
  25.     license agreement and warranty.
  26.  
  27.       F-Recovery for miniSD is shareware. 
  28.       This means:
  29.  
  30.     1. The FileRecoveryTools exclusively owns all 
  31.        copyrights to F-Recovery for miniSD.
  32.  
  33.     2. The F-Recovery for miniSD trial 
  34.        version does not support the recovery 
  35.        function, only shows the amount of the 
  36.        retrievable information. To use 
  37.        F-Recovery for miniSD without
  38.        this limitation you MUST register.
  39.  
  40.        Once registered, the user is granted a 
  41.        non-exclusive license to use F-Recovery
  42.        for miniSD on as many computers as 
  43.        defined by the licensing terms above 
  44.        according to the number of licenses 
  45.        purchased, for any legal purpose. The 
  46.        registered F-Recovery for miniSD 
  47.        software may not be rented or leased, but 
  48.        may be permanently transferred, in its 
  49.        entirety, if the person receiving it 
  50.        agrees to the terms of this license. If 
  51.        the software is an update, the transfer 
  52.        must include the update and all previous 
  53.        versions.

  55.     3. The F-Recovery for miniSD 
  56.        unregistered shareware version may be freely
  57.        distributed, provided the distribution 
  58.        package is not modified. No person or company
  59.        may charge a fee for the distribution of 
  60.        F-Recovery for miniSD without written 
  61.        permission from the copyright holder.

  63.     4. F-RECOVERY FOR MINISD(TM) IS DISTRIBUTED
  64.        "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED 
  65.        OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE 
  66.        AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, 
  67.        DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF 
  68.        LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  70.     5. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, 
  71.        lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, 
  72.        otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  73.        licensed program, or any subset of the licensed 
  74.        program, except as provided for in this agreement. 
  75.        Any such unauthorized use shall result in 
  76.        immediate and automatic termination of this 
  77.        license and may result in criminal and/or civil 
  78.        prosecution. FileRecoveryTools reserves all 
  79.        rights not expressly granted here.

  81.     6. Installing and using F-Recovery for 
  82.        miniSD signifies acceptance of these
  83.        terms and conditions of the license.

  85.     7. If you do not agree with the terms of this 
  86.        license you must remove all F-Recovery for 
  87.        miniSD files from your storage devices
  88.        and cease to use the product.

  90.     8. SanDisk is an authorized licensee of the SD trademark.
