  1. COLOUR 
  2.  
  3. Gives a selection of colour pallets. The red blue and 
  4. yellow blue are used for the stereo viewing .
  5. The ACAD option is the default.
  6. If a file named 'VSCOPE.COL' is present in the startup
  7. directory, Veriscope will use this pallet.
  8.    This file consists of 7 lines of 6 RGB pairs
  9.    The first number in a line is the starting value
  10.    of the RED and the second is the ending value.
  11.    Numbers less than 0 or more than 255 are truncated.
  12.    Edit this file with a text editor.
  13.  
  14. The CUSTOM option
  15.   
  16. DRAW ALL FACES 
  17.   means that the face edges that are specified as 
  18.   invisible edges are drawn anyway.  
  19.  
  20. 3rd Angle Projections  
  21.   4_view uses US standard engineering format for projections
  22.  
  23. Select Contiguous Faces 
  24.   The TEST command will pick all edgewise contiguous faces 
  25.   which have the same colour and layer. The colour or 
  26.   layer of these faces can be changed in the menu that 
  27.   pops down after a face has been picked.  
  28.  
  29. S/F KEY ZOOM on WALK  
  30.   enables the alternative motion control as described in the 
  31.   manual.
  32.  
  33. Enable large DXF faces 
  34.   This option is used when reading DXF files which have 
  35.   been generated in FastCAD or other programs that use Faces 
  36.   of more than 4 sides and translate these into closed 3d 
  37.   polylines in DXF format. VeriScope will read all closed 
  38.   polylines of up to 30 segments as a single face. Co-
  39.   planarity is not tested.  
  40.  
  41. STEREO Shading 
  42.   All shading and movies are made for viewing with the 
  43.   stereo glasses.  VeriScope uses the White background if 
  44.   your last 3D-Walk also used the white background. Most 
  45.   people will find the black background preferable.
  46.     
  47. Enforce Layer Colours 
  48.   This option will override individual face colours with 
  49.   the layer colour.

  51. FLC. for all Movies 
  52.   Movies will be generated in FLC 256 colour format.

  55. MISC. options apply to the DYNOVIEW COMMAND

  58. TEST
  59.   Test for continuity between faces.
  60.   Layer or colour of faces can be changed.
  61.   You should select Remove and All to clear the old selection.
  62.   Picked Lines must be wholely within the view
  63.   For Multiple part files, the pick only operates on the 
  64.   current file section.
  65.  ( to load the other file sections, press the 'enter' key
  66.    while in DYNOVIEW, WALKTHRU or 3D-WALK. )
  67.   Use the left mouse button after a selection to get the
  68.   menu for changing layers and colours.
  69.   A selection can be stretched using the STRETCH command.

  71.  A contiguous pick will take all the faces that are edgwise
  72.   contiguous, and of the same layer, and of the same color,
  73.   and of the same back-facedness. In this way you can pick a
  74.   group of wrong facing faces, click the right mouse button,
  75.   and use the FLIP option.

  77. The BOX and Previous selection options are not working at this
  78. time 20/9/95.
