  4. This file contains the help for the sample COBOL Visual Builder CICS Time Zone 
  5. Sample application.

  10. This CICS Time Zone application is a sample COBOL application. 
  11.  
  12. This application permits you to query the time and date on a CICS server using 
  13. a graphical user interface running on a workstation.  The query of the time and 
  14. date is performed via a CICS ECI call to the CICS server from the CICS client. 
  15.  
  16. In order to query the time and date on the server, all that you need to do is 
  17. to press the Time and Date Stamp push button. 
  18.  
  19. In the event of a CICS error, you will see the CICS error code appearing at the 
  20. bottom of the Time Zone window.  You can refer to TRANASST.CPY for the 
  21. definition of the CICS error codes.
