The Linkbot software and other software and fonts accompanying your license (the "Software") may not be copied, except as otherwise provided in your software license or as expressly permitted in writing by Tetranet Software Incorporated.

This is a limited license agreement and not an agreement for sale. Tetranet Software hereby licenses this software to you (the USER) under the terms and conditions stated. Tetranet Software grants you the right to use one copy of this, LIMITED, EVALUATION software program (the SOFTWARE) on a single computer (i.e., with a single CPU). The USER may not network the SOFTWARE or otherwise use it on more than one computer or computer terminal at the same time.
Use of the Linkbot software and other software and fonts accompanying your license (the "Software") and its documentation are governed by the terms set forth in your license. Such use is at your sole risk. The Software and its documentation and TETRANET SOFTWARE's software maintenance and extended maintenance, if applicable, are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and TETRANET SOFTWARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. TETRANET SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
