  10. This license applies to the registered version of BrowserMaster.  If
  11. you are using an evaluation version of BrowserMaster, see the section
  12. titled "Evaluation License" below.

  15. using this software.  Unless you have a different license agreement
  16. signed by Bradley Davidson, your use of this software indicates your
  17. acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  19. Registered Version

  21. One registered copy of BrowserMaster may either be used by a single
  22. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  23. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  24. multiple people, but not both.

  26. You may access the registered version of BrowserMaster through a
  27. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  28. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  29. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  30. will access BrowserMaster on the network, each workstation must have
  31. its own BrowserMaster license, regardless of whether they use
  32. BrowserMaster at different times or concurrently.

  36. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

  51. BrowserMaster. If you have purchased a license for the registered
  52. version of BrowserMaster, see the section "License Agreement" above.

  56. agreement signed by Bradley Davidson, your use of this software
  57. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  61. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are hereby
  62. licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge
  63. for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30 day
  64. evaluation period, a registration fee of $20 is required.  See the
  65. ReadMe.txt file that was distributed with this package for available
  66. payment options or visit Racecar Stampware's WWW page for more
  67. information.  When payment is received you will be sent a registration
  68. key to unlock the latest version of BrowserMaster.
