  8.         Notes: SmartCopy is a freeware that allows copy files/folders between
  9.                two folders, with a few nice options including:
  10.                -if an up to date copy of a file exists in the target folder,
  11.                 then don't copy the file...
  12.                -additive copy: files already in the target folder can be left
  13.                 untouched (option),
  14.                -various options for links (see documentation),
  15.                -only files & folders that have been filtered depending on their
  16.                name, their type attribute, their creation or modification dates.
  17.                -added CleanMirror to help doing ftp mirrors and mirrors or these
  18.                mirrors...
  19.                This program is at the very same time a command line and a GUI
  20.                program. Just use it the way you want!
