  14.      The Shareware evaluation (trial use) version is provided AS
  15.      IS.  Lawrence G. Martin MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
  16.      EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
  17.      WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  18.      PURPOSE.

  21.                REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  23.      Lawrence G. Martin warrants the physical diskette(s) provided
  24.      with registered versions to be free of defects in materials
  25.      and workmanship for a period of sixty days from the date of
  26.      registration.    If Lawrence G. Martin receives notification
  27.      within the warranty period of defects in materials or
  28.      workmanship, and such notification is determined by Lawernce
  29.      G. Martin to be correct, Lawrence G. Martin will replace the
  30.      defective diskette(s).

  32.      The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of
  33.      this Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of
  34.      defective diskette(s) and shall not include or extend to any
  35.      claim for or right to recover any other damages, including
  36.      but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the
  37.      software, or special, incidental, or consequential damages or
  38.      other similar    claims, even if Lawrence G. Martin has been
  39.      specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.  In
  40.      no event will Lawrence G. Martin's liability for any damages
  41.      to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of suggested
  42.      list price or actual price paid for the license to use the
  43.      software, regardless of any form of the claim.

  45.      Lawrence G. Martin SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
  46.      WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
