  67.     Agreement to Contract. I hereby agree to allow SNI sole marketing rights
  68.     to the software product(s) named herein, for a period of 6 months only.
  69.     After this initial 6 month period, I agree to allow SNI to market the 
  70.     product named herein indefinitely, but without sole distribution rights.
  71.     I have read and understood the Authors Club Membership document and agree
  72.     to all its terms and conditions. The above details are complete and

  76.     jurisdiction of the English Courts.
