  7.      2 slices dry bread              5 eggs      
  8.      1 large clove garlic            Salt & black pepper      
  9.      1/4 cup butter                  1/2 tbsp chopped parsley  
  10.  
  11.  Trim the  crusts off the bread and cut each slice into small cubes.  Peel 
  12. and crush  the garlic.  Heat  most of  the butter  in frying pan (skillet) 
  13. leaving just  enough to  cook the  omelette.  Fry the  bread until golden, 
  14. stirring constantly  and  adding the  crushed garlic.  Remove from pan and 
  15. set aside.  Break eggs into a bowl, beat lightly with a fork.  Season with 
  16. salt and pepper.  Heat remaining butter  in an omelette pan and tip in the 
  17. eggs.  As the  eggs start  to set, add  the garlic  flavored  croutons and 
  18. continue  to cook  quickly, turning the  omelette out  on to  a flat  dish 
  19. before the  eggs have completely set.  Garnish with finely chopped parsley 
  20. and serve immediately.
