has the lowest cancer death rate
(3.45/100,000) while Quixia County
had the highest (40/100,000). The
residents of Gangshan regularly eat
up to 20 grams of garlic per day
whereas those in Quixia rarely eat

Medical evidence that garlic has
any effect on skin cancer is
sketchy at best. However, a story
has surfaced from Arizona that an
elderly man had some facial sores
diagnosed as skin cancer. The
recommended treatment was the norm
. . . minor surgery and radiation
treatments.

decided to try garlic instead. (Each

crushed several cloves of our magic
