  33. This set/database must be filled FIRST as it is used
  34. by other databases to identify clients/customers by
  35. customer number and should be kept current.

  37. The client/customer number is automatically assigned
  38. and should not be changed as long as the person is
  39. your client.

  41. The client database is used to capture as much
  42. information as possible about a person, or family. As
  43. the client becomes a repeat customer this database
  44. should be kept up to date.

  46. The client database includes the ability to search
  47. for any client by name, CUSNO (customer number),
  48. etc.. It requests a JOB TYPE and DATE. It includes a
  49. large memo or information field for any information
  50. you might want to store. Included is a full ZIP CODE
  51. database of the whole UNITED STATES (NOT included
  52. with TRIAL version).

  54. The ZIP CODE allows easy entry of city and state by
  55. just entering the ZIP CODE. A single address,
  56. envelope, or letter can be printed selecting it while
  57. looking at a client's record. Phone numbers can be
  58. dialed for you if you have a modem attached to your
  59. computer. Form letters can be created.
