  11.      TCLC is not free!  You are allowed to use this program for for as
  12.      long as you wish.  If however you have need for the extra features
  13.      available in the registered version only, you will need to
  14.      register.  Complete this form and return it to me with the
  15.      registration fee (in your local currency) enclosed.  A TCLC
  16.      registration is valid for use on a single BBS system, whether a
  17.      single-line, single-computer system, or a multi-line, networked
  18.      computer system. If you run two or more distinct BBS systems on the
  19.      same computer (with different names), you require two or more TCLC
  20.      registrations.

  22.      The cost for TCLC is 15 US$, approximate this amount in your local
  23.      currency in bills only.  Registering will give you a key which will
  24.      be sent to you by mail, or modem.  TCLC is not crippled; it is
  25.      fully functional, and will always remain so.
