  1. For this program, I have bent my current policy of no longer including
  2. shareware unless it is sent to me directly by the author, because of
  3. the fact that the author himself posted it to a widely distributed
  4. network (thus implying he'd like widest possible distribution) and
  5. because the readme file encourages redistribution.

  7. Note that the posting must have been slightly mangled in transit because
  8. the dropcloth icon isn't recognized by workbench.
