Dear Webmaster,
This is the first version of Anansi. Compared to the beta's that were tested for more than a year, only one new feature has been added: the Cascading Stylesheet Assistant.
Setup will detect an existing user.ini file (contains the settings of the User Defined Tags) but just to be on the safe side I recommand upgraders to make a backup.
In the very unlikely situation that setup.exe refuses to work, you can always do your install manually. Most of the manual files belong to a special help subdirectory relative to anansi.exe. Check the setup.ini file for the exact locations of the various helpfiles.
For upgraders from Beta 3c: The htm files are now in a special help subdirectory. You can safely delete the old htm files that came with Anansi Beta 3c and that can be found in the same directory as anansi.exe.
The an32*.zip packages contain the 32 bit version of Anansi. The 32 bit version does not work under Windows 3.11, even if you have 32S installed. For Windows 3.11 you need the an16*.zip package.
