[MONITOR.HLP 1 page]
When you ask for help on the MONITOR, you must be wondering what it is.
The MONITOR is the "BRAINS" that D.E.C. sells with the computer ("BODY").
When you type commands after the DOT (.) you are talking to the MONITOR.
Commands like: LOGIN, TYPE, DIRECT, COST, SOS, R, DO,...
For a complete list, type HELP COMMANDS
MONITORs have names, like "6.03A" and "7.01".
6.03A takes up 110K of our memory, and can run 132 jobs simultaneously.
7.01 will be coming along around end of 1981, and will create a few new
commands for us, along with other drastic improvements.
