COMMENT:A good, up-to-date semipopular defense of psychic powers. Much of it is familiar: surveys of psi experiments and "theories," mild skeptic-bashing, vague promises that new ideas in quantum mechanics supports psi, and so on. The most interesting part is based on Radin's own work and his meta-analysis of RNG-style experiments. The end result is intriguing, but far from enough to convince a skeptic. Radin's "anomalies" are small; they do not stand out from among possible mistakes, and meta-analysis is not a foolproof technique to unveil small effects.
