1> Features:
* Now maintains an on-line database, updating it as you explore
Unexplored sectors

* Can now configure TWTERM to work with any universe size from
1 to 5000
* Expanded Macro Screen (F7) that now includes room for more script
macros and 5 new Built-In macros
* Can now delete a single port from the busted port list as well as
all ports
* Added a new port listing the the Paired-Port feature. Now finds
two adjacent ports that both sell equipment. Great for evil
players to rob credits.
* F6 - can now abort by pressing <ENTER>
* Flight Recorder file has now been renamed with the same name as
the "gamename" with an extension of .REC. This allows for recordings
to be made for each game you play in
* Scrollback has been increased 40%
* Option to erase data from memory has been removed, as TWTERM will
now do that automatically when needed
* New display window on the main TWTERM console that displays last
port you robbed or stole at
* Optimized memory, increased string space
* Added a replacement sound for BEEP in many cases
* Due to bugs in the MBBS version of TW (version K+ and L), TWTERM now
automatically reformats .PRT file after downloading.
* Improved Colonize Macro
2> Bug Fixes:
* No longer crashes when when shooting all 25 ether probes (F6)
* In the Level-Diagram/EProbe routines, no longer crashes when
encountering a sector marked as an avoid.
New in 2.6

Space Graphics switch.

launching of probes.

or purchase the Power-Pak module.

a bug in the Planet Trading macro.
* Bug in Planet Transporter not recognzing Built-In trading macros fixed
New in 2.5
1> Features:
* When in 41 line display, indicator is now used to show when a macro
is running. This way you'll know if a macro finished successfully
or if it stopped because it hung.

* On an MBBS game of TW, Personal Planets where not scanning correctly
* On an MBBS game.. Ship Info exceeded memory limits.. More memory
now given.
New in 2.4
1> Features:
* Now works with the MajorBBS version of Trade Wars
(Read the docs on how to start TWTERM on a MajorBBS game of TW)
* Can now customize the percentages used when trading. Configure
it to your own needs and see if you can get 5 experince points
per trade. Or configure it to get no experince points in case
you don't want others to know of your strength in the game.
* New Error Messages installed with tips on what to do.
* Added new algorithms that will use less memory in 4-5000 sector
universes.
* 4 new variables added to the script language. These can be used
in your macros to keep them compatible with the regular 2.0 of TW
and the TW 2.0 for MajorBBS. By using these variables, your macro
will work in both versions without the need for 2 macros.
* Colonize macro will now transwarp into sector 1 for those with a
commission.
* Took out Credit Drainer Macro since you can't rob credits more then
once in 24 hours. Replaced it with a Rob Credit macro.
So instead of doing a loop, it robs only once (so make it good).
* Can now adjust the percentage that adds a "*" to your Paired-Port
listing. Helpful in a well developed game where Paired-Ports aren't
near max quantities.
2> Bug Fixes
* Bug in #7 on the Level-Diagram menu, that caused it to do an endless
loop in some games.
* When scanning .LOG file, now checks to see if the .LOG file is open.
If so it now closes the .LOG and processes instead of crashing.
* When in a 4-5000 sector game, some minor bugs were corrected in the
"Scan A LOG" feature.
* Found other bugs having to do with deleting old traders reports,
colonist macro wasn't checking for planet scanner, and some others
minor ones.
* Fixed bug in Lock/Unlock Underground macro

and to disk.

What's new for 2.0 (compared to TWTERM 1.4 which is for TW 1.03d and before)
1) New Features..
* This version is compatible with the new TW 2.0. Handles 1000 to 5000
sector universe in increments of 500.
* Added Level-Diagram Menu, to aid in breaking down the mapping of a
large universe.
* Removed "Find Stardock" since it is no longer feasible (?) in TW 2.0
* Much internal stuff has been changed to accommodate larger TW universes
Because of this you should see an increased speed of 10-20% while
running many of TWTERMs' features. (based on a comparison of a 1000
sector universe vs. the TWTERM used for TW 1.03d's 1000 sector universe)
* Removed Steal/Sell macro <ALT> E and replaced it with Sell/Steal/Move
macro <ALT> C
* Now saves to disk your found One-Way warps.
* Improved format and increased amount of personal info that is saved
to disk in the .DAT file
* Previously a registered feature, but is now included in the Unregistered
version is the FLIP button on the Macro Screen. This now allows for all
to add helpful descriptions to your macros
* No longer need to create .BAT files to run DOS commands from the
Utility Menu
* Added option to specify amount of sectors in Universe. (Config Menu)
* Removed feature that highlights the Port Class Type in the current
sector since the new TW displays this already. One less thing for TWTERM
to check, so increased display speed should result.
* No longer loads .SCT and .PRT info when starting TWTERM. Thus if you
don't use any features that require this info, you no longer have to
wait for the files to load.
* Optimized memory usage so a 3000 sector game should fit into the same
amount of memory as was used in previous versions for a 1000 sector
universe. Games larger then that will require more memory while those
less will require less.
* Processing speed of calculating paths has increased 40-50% faster.
* When exiting the Map Screen, use "L" now instead of "0"
* No longer need to hit "A" to exit Utility Menu. <ENTER> or <ESC> will
now do it.
* Increased size of Utility Menu so more DOS commands or utilities can
be stored.
* Increased number of Editable and Huge macros that Unregistered users
can use.
* Added Tavern menu to the menu window.
* Added room on Macro Screen for an additional Editable Macro
* Added "Best Sell/Steal/Move Ports" to Paired-Port Listings.
* Replaced Steal/Sell macro with Sell/Steal/Move macro.
* Variable 17 now used for storing haggling price in macros
Variable 16 moved to 14
Variable 16 now contains current path
Variable 15 now used for location of Stardock
Variable 20 now used for storing your ships password
Variable 21 informs this term on whether you have a T-Warp Drive or not
Variable 22 informs this term on whether you have a Planet Scanner
* Added Ship Info and Fleet Location to Log Scan
* Made Scan A Log available to Unregistered Users
* Changed "View A File" to "Ship's Library", and added 12 new features
* Changed names of UTILITY.TW to TWUTIL.FIL, MACROS.TWT to TWMACROS.FIL
and RECORDER.TWT to TWRECORD.TWT
* Fixed bug in MAP screen
* Added creation of .AST file to "Scan Log" feature. The .AST file lists
your major assets grouped by sectors.
* Now displays Stardock location and current path on main screen
* Moved Port Class info from main screen to Library Menu.
* Added a new section in the documentation, that explains how to get
started using the features in TWTERM.

things.
