  14. Before using this program, make a backup copy of DOOM.WAD. This 
  15. utility must be used with the DOOM 1.666 registered wad from iD 
  16. software (patch the registered 1.2 wad with iDs 1.666 patch). 
  17. This utility must be in the same directory as DOOM.WAD (usually 
  18. your normal DOOM directory) and DOOM.WAD must be writeable (not 
  19. read only). This program simply changes the byte at offset 0026F90E 
  20. from a "06" to a "00", fixing the "P_PlayerInSpecialSector" error
  21. in E3M9.
