DESCRIPTION
DoSetDefaults is called when the dialog window is opened the first time and whenever a dialog item with the id const cIdDefault is selected. Its purpose is to initialize the dialog items with some reasonable default values. See also method DoSetup.
Method is sometimes overridden.
