Problem:  Output to the PaintJet (the small model, NOT the
          PaintJet-XL), shows white garbled text and lines printed
          on top of black or colored bands.

Solution: Make sure "PaintJet" (and NOT "PaintJet-XL") is selected
          in the SuperDriver Setup dialog.  When you have PaintJet-XL
          selected and Compression checked, SuperDriver sends compressed
          data in a new mode incomprehensible to the regular PaintJet.

Problem:  Top-of-form (TOF) setting on small PaintJet is lost when
          printing is aborted in mid-page.

Solution: Whenever you stop a print job in progress, you must then
          advance the paper to the next perforation and press the
          SET TOF button on the PaintJet's panel.
