                          MAIN MENU HELP
MAKEUSER is a program that creates/deletes multiple users. 
The main menu has three options:
Create New USR File
     Use this option to create a new USR file in which you      
     specify keywords and their values concerning               
     creating/deleting users.
Edit USR File
     Use this option to edit the existing USR files.
Process USR File
     Use this option to scan and process USR files.  Errors will
     be reported to you as the file is scanned.  If there is no 
     error, the file will be processed and the results will be  
     saved in the matching .RPT file.

           CREATING USR FILE HELP
You are creating a USR file.  Type in
the specifications to create/delete the
users.  Press the ESCAPE key when you have
finished.

               ENTER THE USR FILE HELP
An existing USR file is required when you choose to 
edit/process.  You can enter the filename with or 
without the .USR extension now.  You can also press 
the INSERT key for a list of the existing USR files,
and select the file by pressing the SELECT key.

             EDITING USR FILE HELP
You are editing a USR file.  When you finish editing, press the ESCAPE key.

           CURRENT USR FILES HELP
This is a list of the USR files in the
current directory.  You can select a file by
highlighting that file and pressing the
SELECT key.  Press the ESCAPE key to go back
to edit the filename.
