Bullet Brand Data Entry Enter the brand of the bullet that you want to add. You might want to add categories such as "MILITARY PULL" Or "Argentine 2". Bullet Type Data Entry Enter the bullet types that you use. Use standard abbreviations available in your reloading manual. Some common abbreviations include: L = Lead; J = Jacketed; FMJ = Full Metal Jacketed RN = Roundnose WC = Wadcutter HB = Hollow Base FP = Flat Point SWC = Semi-wadcutter BB = Bevel Base TC = Truncated Cone Spitzer = Pointed BT = Boat Tail HP = Hollow Point SP = Soft Point Bullet Type Table Choose a bullet type from the table. Use the bullet box or memory to select a type. Bullet Data Entry Enter the data for the bullets that you use. Only enter the same bullet once. As you use bullets, enter the quantity used each time. The number used will be increased and the number on hand will be decreased. Add bullets when you replace your stock. Bullet Table Select the bullet for which you want to see data. Enter diameter of the bullet that you want to see. You can get the diameter from the table. Bullet Weight Data Entry Enter the weight of the bullets that you use. The weight should be in grains. Enter a given weight only once. Bullet Weight Table Choose the bullet weight that you used for a particular load. The weight is expressed in grains. Cartridge Case Data Entry Enter the brand of cartridge case you wish to add. You will probably wish to have entries such as MIXED, or foreign, for when you use more than one brand in a batch or when you can't identify headstamps. Cartridge Case Table Enter the brand of the cartridge case that you want to locate. The table will jump to the closest match. Box Label Load Number Entry Enter the load number of the load for which you want to print a box label, containing loading data. Get the load number from the table. Load Data Entry Enter the data for the load that you want to add. Most entry fields have tables associated with them that will give you choices to select. If your associated databases are pre-loaded with bullet diameters, bullet weights and other diameters, you will be able to use the tables. Load Table Select the load that you want to view or edit by either entering the load number, or moving the highlight bar. Press Ins to add a load. You will be presented with a series of tables and forms to help you through the pro- cess. These screens will have help windows of their own. Main Menu Choose the function and data that you want to use. Many of the tables and forms are tied together to make it easy for you to use the system without remembering too much data, or having to always look up minutiae in reloading manuals etc. Powder Brand Data Entry Enter the brands of the various powders you use. Enter each one only once. Powder Brand Table Select the brand of powder used from the table. Powder Name Data Entry Enter the names of the powders that you use. Enter them only once. Powder Name Table Select the name of the powder that was used in your load. Powder Data Entry Enter the data for the powder that you want to add or change. Powder Table Select a powder from the table to look at or edit. Enter the name of the powder you want to look at or move the menu bar. Primer Brand Data Entry Enter the brands of the primers that you use in your loads. Primer Brand Table Select the brand of primer that you used in your load. Primer Name Data Entry Enter the names or types of the primers that you use. If you need more room, use abbreviations, such as LMP for Large Magnum Pistol. Primer Name Table Select a name or type of primer that you used. Report Menu Select a report or label that you want to print. The labels will be printed on 8.5x11" paper with dashed lines between them. Round Data Entry Enter the data for the rounds that you use. Use standard names from reloading manuals, "Cartridges of the World" or other references. Only enter the same round ONCE. Enter .45ACP OR .45AUTO, not .45ACP AND .45AUTO. This will prevent duplicate entries. Round Table Select a round that you want to look at. Use the name from the table to select. Utility Menu Select the information that you want to change. This menu is a handier method to do mass changes or additions to reusable data, such as bullet diameters.
