Delete_All_Topics


Purpose   Removes menu topics and disposes of the associated memory.

Decln.    Delete_All_Topics(var Menu:Nest_menu);

Remarks   Menu is the name of the menu variable storing the topics.

          This procedure should be called if the menu will no longer be
          used during the program execution.
