USAGE
   signed int sccdsmonth(
           signed char *monthstr,
           signed char month );

PROTOTYPE IN
   sc_clock.h

DESCRIPTION
   sccdsmonth returns the ASCIIZ month string in monthstr for the
   month specified by month. month must be in the range of 1 (January)
   to 12 (December). The maximum length of the string returned will be 9 plus
   the NULL byte.

   Date string styles:
   SC_GREGOR     mm/dd/yy
   SC_GREGORL    mm/dd/yyyy
   SC_JULIAN     yyyy/ddd
   SC_YMD        yyyymmdd
   SC_DMY        ddmmyy

EXAMPLE
