How do you get to the secret Pyramid ?

In the Pyramid of Moons, there is one area near the bottom that seems 
to contain a rather large amount of worms.  Get all the worms 
collected together, including the ones behind the blue key door, and 
they'll form a large magical foot that will whisk you off to the 
secret pyramid.
