`'95 has  arrived, and  with it,  our second  Cheet Sheets Reader's
`Questionnaire.   This questionnaire covers an even broader variety
`of questions  than our  first, and  is even  quicker and easier to
`answer.   The questionnaire  will give us your valuble opinions on
`the magazine,  help us  increase our  readership, and  also  learn
`about our  readers' hardware  specifications so  we can  tune  the
`magazine to run at its best on your PC.

`For those  of you who returned our first questionnaire, thanks for
`your time.   There  is a  full run-down of the results in the "'94
`Questionnaire Results"   section  of this  issue of  Cheet Sheets.
`This article  also contains  details about  our three winners from
`that questionnaire...

`Because of  the poor  response to our first questionnaire, we must
`INSIST that  you enclose a filled-out questionnaire with any Cheet
`Sheets orders,  whether it  be for  single issues of the magazine,
`subscriptions, the  Cheet Sheets  CD, or  for any one of the other
`disks sold  by Cheet  Sheets.  A printed copy of the questionnaire
`will also  be enclosed  with any  mail sent from the author to the
`readers   (excluding orders),  and WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO COMPLETE
`THESE AND RETURN THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

`The questionnaire  is included  in THIS ISSUE OF THE MAGAZINE, and
`it is  quick and  easy to  make a  printed copy  of it in seconds.
`When you  have finished  reading this document, all you need to do
`is click  on the  'Go Back'  icon below,  then select and view the
`document called  'Questionnaire' in  this issue.  Then it's just a
`matter of  turning your  printer  on-line,  and  clicking  on  the
`'Print' icon below.
