VK2SG RTTY DX Notes for week ending 4 June 1993 (BID RTDX0604)

We regretfully report that there was no RTTY operation from Spratly,
9M0S.  The last expedition there by Russians in April 1990 afforded
much of the RTTY community a chance for a new one.  There is a whole
new generation of RTTY enthusiasts now on the scene that need that
one.  DXpeditioners please take note.

Notes of Interest:

The probability is that there will be no RTTY from the imminent
operation from Libya, 5A by Romeo 3W3RR, but it is not entirely out
of the question.  However Ed, NT2X told your editor that the
subsequent expedition to Tunisia, 3V in August, will definitely
include RTTY.

Some registered letters sent to UT5RP during Jan-April 1993 have not
been received by Dima.  He requests that anyone who has sent him one,
and has not received his Ukraine QSL, please ask the local sending
post office to trace the delivery.

Correction: The new callsign of 4N4ENS is T91ENS, not T92ENS as
previously reported in these notes.
