Welcome to Mystery Island! This is my first course for JNSE and I must say I now have great respect for those designers who have spent many long hours creating great courses for the general public. This fictional course is not very hard, but its nice and its fun. There are also many memorable holes like #7,#9, and #13. Playing from the Red tees is extremely easy and I recommend only the use of the Championship tees. This course was put together is less than a month and if I do more in the future, they will probably be well researched. They will also be real courses. I hope you enjoy this course that was cranked out rather quickly. I do. Many thanks go to all those designers whose objects I borrowed and to Gene Rodriguez III for his St.Kitts background. You will find a few quirks here at Mystery Island namely in failure to mix up the par fives. There are two sets back to back. What you really might like are the wide fairways and the flat nature of Mystery Island. This allows for controlled bounces. The ball does not take crazy hops here on the Island. The greens are harder than the fairways as well. Putting is the most difficult aspect of this fairly easy course. The course is a Par 72, 7069 yds. I hope you enjoy relaxing on a fun and not too demanding course. I welcome any comments on prodigy. My number is MBCV75A. Remember: This is my first course! And so, Prof. Mystery who landed on an uncharted Pacific island via hot air balloon in 1928, gave his name to the place and to the golf course he later built. Now its time to play a round on MYSTERY ISLAND! -Douglas Alan Silfen. 05/30/93.
