How am I supposed to get the cloaking device?

Well, look at that non-descript panel on the right half of W-D40's ship.

I'll tell you know that there's no way to keep the alarm from starting.

There's really no logic here -- it's all trial-and-error.  Fortunately, you
have enough time to play around.

I'd start out by pulling the two levers, starting with the top one.

In case you didn't know, you can open each of the four sections of the panel
around the device separately.  In fact, you need to open then separately.

If you don't want to figure it out, read on to see my solution.  This may be
