How do I get across the tiles on the floor?

There is a poem at the bottom of one page.  Read it for your answer.

Hint 3 of 5:

"upon the bower" means on a diagonal line.

Hint 4 of 5:

You will have to plan ahead a bit.  Make sure you can step on each picture
mentioned in the poem in the order they are mentioned.  Do not step on any
extra tiles, or you will die.

Hint 5 of 5:

You may have several choices that appear to be correct.  But you also need to
make sure that you will be able to continue the pattern from the next tile.
You will find only one correct pattern if you plan ahead.
