How do I open the second gate with a shelf next to it?

Do you remember how the first gate worked?  If you put a head on it, then
the shelf would fall and the door would open.

This gate/shelf is similar, but it takes more than one head to weight it
down.

In fact, it takes all three heads to open the gate.
