How do I avoid the zombie on the first screen?

Remember that Magician can make things grow.

There's a hook just to the left of the hunchback that he can cast a spell on.

Now you might want to see where you can go with that pole.

Warrior will be able to climb the pole.

Why don't you see what else Warrior can do from up there?

He can punch the right eye of the face to make its tongue go up and down.

The zombie will only scare your goblins if they're in its way.

And it doesn't look like they'll be in its way from on top of the tongue.

So use Warrior to lower the tongue and bring it up to save the goblins.
