 "PageUp/PageDown
" indicate that you can press those
 keys to move from one help screen to another, backward or  
 forward. ("HELP SYSTEMS CONVENTIONS" is only one screen.)  
 Main help system border colors are bright white on brown.  
 Technical notes border colors are bright yellow on brown.  
 Keyboard keys like Up, Down, Enter are yellow on brown.
 When we reference BugTrakr menu items we use bright white  
 on brown, like REPORTS.
 Items of emphasis are green on brown.
 NOTE: This help system is NOT complete; it is only a
sample.

 If you decide to modify the help information you should
 read these instructions carefully! While changing the
 information is not really difficult, there are some
 things that you should know before you start. This is page 
 2 of 5 pages on this topic. You might want to use your
 "print Screen" key to print these pages.
 First, position the cursor to the PREVIOUS menu item or
 field that you want to change. When selected, the help
 system editor will show you the help for the NEXT field,
 not the current field. If the first menu item is the one

 you want point to the LAST one.
 If you choose the wrong field to edit (which is easy to
 do) you can press "Esc" to get out of the editor. Then,
 when you select the next field it (hopefully) will be the  
 one you want.
 Press Alt-F1 to get a screen like the one on the next
 page.

 Press Enter twice to accept the default colors. Now you
 can use the editor to make changes. Although the
 editor does word wrap it doesn't do much else, so don't
 expect much in the way of word processing tools.
 When done editing the help, press Ctrl-Enter to save and
 exit the screen of help. Press Alt-F1 to get the LogixHelp 
 screen above. Press "N" to disable any more editing.

 At the bottom of the screen appears four lines of help.
 The fourth line from the bottom in Cyan background (the
 same color as the main menu) gives help on the keys
 appropriate to the current screen, e.g. "F1=Help"
 suggests that you press the F1 key to get more help than
 is shown in the mini-help system on screen.
 In green appears up to three lines of help on the current  
 menu item or data entry field. You can modify the green
 help information.

Command Line Switches
  BugTrakr is started by entering "BT" at the DOS prompt. You
  can customize the way it starts by adding a "switch".
Disables Beep
Disables use of Ctrl-Break
Enables fast video (might cause "snow")
n=0 disables screen saver, n=2 gives 2 minutes
Disables set keyboard lock feature
Enables enhanced keyboard
Example: BT V=1 /b disables Beep, Starts Saver in 1 minute

 The bright white number in front of some fields identifies 
 the field as a "quick access" field. For example, to get
 to the description field quickly, hold down the Alt key,
 tap the 7 key and release the Alt key. This is called
 alt-seven, something akin to shift-seven.
