3.0 SystemFunctions / Utilities

   In this section you'll find some interesting functions.
   I could have called this section 'various stuff', but
   Utilities sounds somewhat better.

   I want to point out the importance of the function SetPref()
   for SOUND & VISION, that's probably the reason why it's not included
   in the Shareware version <g>.

   This section of the Library will constantly grow, I still got
   lots of things, which are not included at this time, wait for
   the next release...it's coming soon...
