CT-Header Block:

   00h-13h ( 0-19)  File Type Decribtion 'Creative Voice File',1ah
   14h-15h (20-21)  Offset of Data Block from the start of voice file
                    ( normaly 1A 00 )
   16h-17h (22-23)  Voice file version number ( normaly 1.1 = 0A 01 )
   18h-19h (24-25)  Voice file identification code, its content is the
                    complement of the file format version number then
                    plus 1234 hex
