FN_DTQSFQ()
 Detach queue server from queue

      fn_dtQSfQ( nQueueID ) -> lSuccess
 
 Arguments

     <nQueueID> is the bindery object ID of the queue

 Returns

     <lSuccess>, .t. if the call succeeds.  If it doesn't, check
